Circuit: Ridge Motorsports Park (Chicane layout)
Car: KTM X-Bow

As always, last month’s winners are not eligible: Noah, Kevin, and Liam took the July podium at Magione, so they’re sitting this one out — though their times will still show up on the board.

We’re staying close to home this month. Ridge Motorsports Park sits up in Shelton, Washington, and it’s about as Pacific Northwest as a race track gets: relentless elevation change, blind crests, and corners that arrive before you’ve finished the last one. We’re running the chicane layout, which breaks up the back straight and adds one more chance to get it wrong.

The KTM X-Bow is a good match for it. There’s almost nothing to the car — no roof, no windshield, barely any weight — and a turbo four sitting behind you. Commitment gets rewarded here more than raw bravery does.

Like last month, this month we will allow unlimited attempts with a 30% discount on the first attempt. Don’t forget to let the steward know before you pay so we can apply the discount!

*The June winners — AJ, Patrick, and Thomas — spent July racing on their prizes, so AJ’s third-quickest time at Magione couldn’t win him anything. All three of them are eligible again this month, and AJ has been close enough often enough that we’d bet on him having something to say about the top of the board.

The first-place winner will receive a one-month Unlimited Membership, which includes unlimited time for the winner only.

Second place receives a gift card for five (5) free hours, and third place receives one (1) free hour. Free hours are valid only during the month of September with no additional discount.

Previous month’s winners are not eligible to win, but everyone’s time will still appear on the leaderboard! That means our July champions can’t win in August but can still compete for bragging rights.
